LOVE AND FEAR

There are two primary emotions that all human beings are driven by...

Love & Fear

Either you're trying to "get love" OR you have FEARS in your life
that keep you from moving forward.

FEAR is the main emotion that keep us trapped where we are.

Fear of not being good enough.
Fear we won't be loved.
Fear of losing control.

I will go out on a limb and say that A LOT of us live our life by
the things we FEAR more so than by the things we LOVE.

Fear will also manifest into many other more complex emotions that
MASK what is really going on inside.

If, on a daily basis you feel these emotions:

* Frustration
* Anger
* Jealousy
* Insecurity
* Anxiety
* Unhappiness
* Loneliness

Then underneath all those times you felt these emotions, the truth
is that you were actually driven by a FEAR of something in your
life that you're not dealing with.

At the root of it all, we're still little kids in a grown up body.
We still have fears that were imprinted on us from when we were a
little kid.

Fear love will be taken away from us... Fear we'll get hurt by people
who are meant to love us...

But half of us (or most of us), wouldn't want to admit it - because
admitting we feel this way is essentially putting ourself in a
VULNERABLE position.

As human beings, we will do anything to conceal from others that
we're weak and vulnerable. ESPECIALLY if you're a guy!

Today's message isn't to show you that you have fears, EVERYONE
does. It's to get you to recognise when you're allowing that fear
to CONTROL your life, instead of having YOU be in control of it.

Whether it's saying 'Yes' to someone
...saying 'Sorry' to someone
...or saying 'Never Again' to someone who continues to hurt you

Whatever it is YOU want for your life and whatever you want to be,
you CAN be - it's only FEAR that holds you back.

So, the choice is up to you.

Choose what you want to do and how you're going to do it...

What appears to be something that is difficult is actually
surprisingly SIMPLE.

Don't overthink it - do what you know you need to do.
